Disappointment continues for the Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader, Kalvakuntla Kavitha as her bail petition is postponed again. This time, it got postponed to May 6 by the special court judge Kaveri Baveja. Earlier, Kavitha was arrested on March 15 by the Enforcement Directorate with corruption charges in connection with the Delhi Liquor policy.
Earlier the bail petition was due on April 22nd and then the Rouse REvenue court reserved the judgement for today i.e., on May 2 and now the petition is postponed to May 6. Earlier, Kavitha applied for the bail mentioning that she needed to support her son preparing for exams, however it was cancelled.
Kavitha was also questioned by the CBI in connection with this case and she is currently lodged in Tihar Jail.
