Owned by Aparna Constructions and Estates, the entire Mall has been made on a budget of Rs 284 Cr. Rs 32 Cr went into the entertainment segment, that is, Aparna Cinemas.
In all, the property has seven screens with a total seating capacity of nearly 1220 seats. The premium Gold Class seats are 135 in number. May 31 is when the multiplex will make a debut.
Why Nallagandla, which is far away from the heart of Hyderabad? The owners want to cater to about 25,000 upper-middle and upper-segment families in the locality. There are approximately 25 residential gated community apartments in the region. Besides, more than 70 IT companies are there in the vicinity. Aparna Neo will cater to them all.
NV Prasad, one of the senior-most distributors, is associated with the multiplex. "The state-of-the-art facilities at Aparna Cinemas include Dolby Atmos, Barco4K Laser projection, seven Strong MDI screens (imported from Canada). This 1200+ seater is designed for a premium experience and dining with its own on-site kitchen," the promoters said.
