There was a time when Chandrababu Naidu was hailed as one of the greatest visionaries and someone who knew how to create a revolution using technology. Yes, to a large extent that is true but at the same time, Chandrababu has started scoring poorly as a true leader and someone who values the efforts of his party members. For him, the desperation to get in power has become the priority more than anything else.

Yet another classic example is unfolding now. The assembly elections are soon approaching in Andhra Pradesh and in lieu of that, Chandrababu has already started his activities aggressively. Meanwhile, it is also the time when there will be a criss-cross between leaders who keep jumping onto various parties. As part of that, few leaders are now expected to join TDP and this is where some internal anger is coming.

Chandrababu has vowed that the ticket would be given to only those contestants who have worked effortlessly for the party and commitment, loyalty are the metric. But when the time is coming, he is not hesitating to give the ticket to all those jump jilanis who have been on the opposite side all this time and kicking TDP in a big way. In the bargain, those who actually worked for the party and sacrificed themselves are getting a raw deal.

This love for Jump Jilanis is proving dangerous not just for Chandrababu but even for the party which was built on a solid foundation of loyal cadre and workers. Already, Kanna Lakshminarayana is joining TDP from BJP and it is heard that Adi Narayana Reddy is also in the queue. Similarly, Raju from Vizag is also expected. The numbers are expected to grow with expectations that few jumps will happen from YSRCP too. Amidst all this, what happens to the in-house aspirants? If Naidu gives tickets to these jump jilanis there is a good chance that an internal coup will take place to ensure TDP loses the election.
