Mudragada Padmanabham is a strong leader from the Kapu community. All the political parties in Andhra Pradesh are competing to win his support. The ruling YSRCP, opposition TDP, and Jana Sena are coming out with their own strategies to win the elections.
TDP is trying its best to win the Kapu votes and so it is showing interest in having an alliance with Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena who has a good following among Kapus. In the midst of all this, YSRCP is wooing Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham. Mudragada Padmanabham few weeks back took on Pawan Kalyan for cheating Kapus.
Now Mudragada met IT Minister Gudivada Amarnath. Both held discussions for a long time. It is not clear what they discussed but when political heat is increasing in Andhra Pradesh, they would have discussed politics. Earlier YSRCP leaders MP Mithun Reddy, MP Vanga Geeta, and MLA Jyothula Chanti Babu met Mudragada and requested him to join YSRCP.
For long rumours have been on that Mudragada will be joining YSRCP. He is also moving closely with YSRCP ministers. Many leaders go to meet Mudragada but Mudragada going to Amarnath is becoming the talking point. The inside talk is YSRCP is planning to give Kakinada MP seat to Mudragada and Pithapuram MLA seat to his son.
