YSRCP is a dominant force in Andhra Pradesh. The party is particularly untouchable in Rayalaseema region and the fact that they won 50 out of the total 52 sets in the Seema region in 2019 clearly instates the same.
Cut to now, the super effect of Jagan in the Rayalaseema region has absolutely bamboozle the opposition parties - Telugu Desam and JanaSena, say reports.
It has reached a point where neither TDP nor JanaSena are willing to fight for the MLA and MP tickets allocation when it comes to ticket allocation. These parties are not fighting whatsoever for the seats in Seema region.
JanaSena is stressing on the seats in Godavari districts where the party believes they have the upper hand, and on the other hand, the TDP has started to believe they have a stronghold in the Andhra region of Guntur, Krishna, Nellore, and others.
There is no rush from TDP and JS candidates for the 52 MLA seats in the Seema region. Barring Chandrababu and Balakrishna, neither TDP and JS have even notable candidates to field in the Seema region. As a result, no one is even remotely ready to take on YCP in the Seema region in the coming election.
