Ever since BRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister has said that his own party MLAs are misusing Dalita Bandhu funds and warned them of stern action if such a thing repeats, opposition parties are lashing out at KCR for not taking any action, despite knowing that some of his party members took Rs 3 lakh each.
On Friday, BJP senior leader Guduru Narayana Reddy asked the High Court to swing into action and probe the matter immediately. He asked the High Court to seek the list of MLAs who committed corruption and investigate the matter.
A total of Rs 17,700 crore has been sanctioned for distribution to 1.77 lakh dalit people; however, Guduru stressed that there is a chance for corrupt TRS leaders to divert about Rs 5,310 crore. He said each MLA might fraudulently claim Rs 44 crore, leading to great corruption under TRS leadership.
