The Telangana High Court has refused to issue any orders regarding a petition that called for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) exam paper leak case. Instead, the court has asked the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to submit a report on June 5 on the progress of the investigation.

The court expressed its dissatisfaction with the pace of the SIT's investigation and its failure to question all outsourcing employees of the TSPSC and determine how many people benefitted from the paper leak.

The TSPSC scam was uncovered on March 12, resulting in the arrest of 19 accused and the cancellation of various exams. The Enforcement Directorate is also investigating the case for money laundering charges.
