Amresh Kumar Singh, an independent MP, removed his shirt in the House of Representatives after the Speaker barred him from speaking during a session of Parliament. The MP requested permission from the Speaker to address corruption in the nation during a speech in the House of Representatives.
Amresh Kumar, a member of parliament, took off his shirt in front of the House, but Speaker Devraj Ghimire did not give him any time. Devaraj Ghimire, Speaker, forewarned the MP.
