Will Rahul Gandhi be able to travel abroad?

Rahul Gandhi, the head of the Congress, is getting set to travel abroad. It is well known that Rahul will visit America for 10 days starting on May 31. This information came from sources within the Congress. Meanwhile, Rahul took part in a number of events in Washington, California, as well as a public gathering that will be held on June 4 at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Rahul applied for a new passport at the Delhi High Court after his trip to America. On Wednesday, Rahul submitted a plea to the High Court asking for authorization to get a standard passport (NOC). The hearing will take place on Friday, May 26, according to the court that accepted this petition.

However, it is well known that Rahul was given a two-year prison term by the Surat court in the Modi family name case. Rahul was forced to leave his official residence after losing his membership in the Lok Sabha as a result. Rahul submitted his passport along with all other forms of travel documentation to the appropriate authorities as part of that. Rahul's passport was already taken by the ED in the National Herald case. I must now submit an application for General Paso's new position. For this reason, a court petition was submitted.

Rahul Gandhi, on the other hand, is a recognised suspect in the National Herald case. In this context, Subramanyaswamy of the BJP responded to Rahul's court plea regarding the new passport. He rejected Rahul's request. According to Subramanyaswamy, Rahul Gandhi's authorization to travel abroad will now obstruct the probe into the National Herald issue.
