SC postpones the hearing in the YS.Vivekananda Reddy murder case. Supreme Court today heard the petition of YS.Sunitha Reddy opposing the granting of bail to Kadapa MP YS.Avinash Reddy. Sunitha Reddy approached Supreme Court seeking its directions to the CBI opposing the granting of bail to Avinash Reddy by the Vacation Court in Telangana.
Supreme Court however refused to entertain Sunitha Reddy's plea and asked Sunitha Reddy to come forward with her arguments. Sunitha Reddy expressed her desire to argue her case by herself. But Supreme Court refused Sunitha Reddy's argument and added that since the case involves various technical and legal issues and asked her to come with her own advocate.
Following that Supreme Court postponed the case hearing to 19 June 2023. But what is surprising is Suntha Reddy who raised various questions seeking cancellation of Avinash Reddy bail in the Telangana High Court, did not put forward the same arguments in front of the SUpreme Court.
Many are of the opinion that Sunitha Reddy without any proofs, based ont eh rumours and with the stories published by the Yellow Media and some parties is getting influenced and is approaching various courts waiting the precious time of all the institutions. Though MP Avinash Reddy has been cooperating with the investigation, Sunitha Reddy is claiming that he is stalling the investigation.
