Prakash Ambedkar president of Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA) , participated in an event where he paid tributes bowing, offering floral tributes, a 'chadar of flowers' and paid obeisance with his head covered at the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb.
