Surprise: KTR to meet Amit Shah. It is known that sparks are flying between BJP led Union Government and BRS led Telangana government. Leaders from both sides are making allegations and counter allegations against each other. In the midst of all this, Telangana CM KCR's son, IT Minister KTR will be meeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
This gained significance as ED of late has been conducting raids on BRS leaders and targeting their businesses and institutions. This is for the first time in four years, KTR will be meeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Though KTR met other Union Ministers during his Delhi visit, he never met Amit Shah.
Analysts are waiting eagerly to find out why KTR is meeting Amit Shah and what will transpire between them. Sources say KTR will be discussing the pending projects in the state of Telangana and seek Union Government's financial assistance for the same. However, many say KTR and Amit Shah will also discuss the current political situation in the country and in the state of Telangana.
Inside talk is KTR raise with Amit Shah about the lands under the home department for the road development programmes undertaken at Rasulpura. He will meet Defense Minister Rajnath Singh regarding the issue of cantonment lands requested by the Defense Department for the construction of the Sky Road in the city.
