Manipur Violence: BRS blames, Kishan Reddy washes. The dastardly incident and violence in Manipur is shocking the entire nation. Ruling BRS from Telangana started blaming Kishan Reddy, Union Tourism Minister who holds the portfolio of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) as well.
BSR leader Dasoju Sravan questioned, “Manipur is burning with indiscriminate violence, arson, women being raped and ironically Kishan Reddy is indulging in low-level political theatrics in Telangana forgetting that he is still the Union minister for development of North Eastern states.”
However, he washed off his hands questioning Why will I speak on Manipur. I am not related to it. It’s a matter of law and order. My ministry has nothing to do with it.”However, netizens are unhappy with Kishan Reddy's response as he always targets CM KCR and BRS government on all issues and questions Kavitha, Harish Rao, and KTR on the happenings of Telangana holding them responsible, while he himself trying to wash off his hands from the shocking controversy.
Netizens are saying Kishan Reddy is not even having the minimum courtesy to say that the Union government is taking all the steps regarding law and order in Manipur.
