KTR has taken credit for the booming real estate in Hyderabad and he has now made an interesting comment in the context of the real estate situation in Telangana.
"What we have done to Telangana and Hyderabad real estate scene is that the valuations and the market is at an all time high. This upward spiral can only be carried by the BRS party. If Congress comes to power again, then we will see a downward trend and Hyderabad's real estate market will come crashing down" KTR said in the media interaction.
However, KTR's comment hasn't fully drawn a positive response and there is a fair bit of backlash as well for the same. Here is another version on the comment made by the BRS scion.
"So what if Real Estate falls. The middle class will benefit. #KTR will be remembered as worst minister responsible for making #Hyderabad unaffordable and second most expensive City after Mumbai. Unlimited FSI is used to get commissions. Rigged auctions to hype artificially." A netizen commented.
Another commoner pointed out that KTR has done a brilliant job at creating optimal conditions for the boosting of the real estate space in Hyderabad which has increased the global image of the city.
