Our NRIs have always made us proud and there are no two ways about it. Now the latest news is that two Indian-Americans have featured under Fortune's annual ’40 Under 40′ list. This list includes founders, investors, as well as executives and activists shaping business in the year 2022.

Kanav Kariya is the president of Jump Crypto while Ankit Gupta is the founder and CEO of Bicycle Health. They are among the latest trailblazers who are not only creating but also seizing opportunity, while empowering others. Ankit Gupta, 35, appeared in the Health and Bioscience category which is well-deserved recognition of his incredible team at Bicycle Health and their commitment to care of patients who face OUD (Opioid Use Disorder).  Gupta’s Bicycle Health also started a virtual care platform in 2020, offering specialized telehealth services for patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). He is from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Under the Finance and Crypto category, 26-year-old Kariya actually began his career as an intern at Jump Trading Group. It is a well-known start-up incubator for crypto companies. Kariya has reportedly played a key role regarding billions of investments in the crypto space and worked hard to see that the company became a major player in Web3.
