There is still a loyal follower base for TDP and its chief Chandrababu Naidu in the upper section of the Telugu film industry. Many Telugu producers and directors secretly support TDP.
Now, a veteran Telugu producer has come forward and he has announced that he has a bold prediction for Andhra Pradesh politics. He predicted a clean victory for TDP in the next elections.
"I am sure that the AP people are enraged by the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu and this will have serious consequences on the state politics. Chandrababu will lead TDP to a huge win in the next elections in AP with a majority of 160 seats." The veteran producer said.
Reacting to this statement, a YCP supporter on social media stated "TDP is facing existential crisis. CBN is in jail, Lokesh is Delhi, and Pawan Kalyan is in Hyderabad. Let alone winning 160 seats, this TDP doesn't even have the candidates to contest in 160 seats. These are nothing but daydreams."
