KCR ensures differently abled get the country's highest pension. Telangana CM KCR and the ruling BRS before coming to power promised to take care of all sections of the people. He promised to give differently-abled persons to get the highest tension in the country.

KCR worked hard to turn it into reality and according to the latest, ahead of the elections fulfilled his promises. It is known that KCR promised in Mancherial during a public meeting to increase the pension for the differently abled by Rs 1000 per month. He held a meeting at the secretariat with the ministers and officials and took the decision not to delay the pension and also increase the pension.

Simultaneously, the mess charges, also known as diet charges, for students have been revised for the first time since 2017. The new rates are as follows: Rs 1,200 per month for students from Class 3 to 7, Rs 1,400 per month for students from Class 8 to 10, and Rs 1,875 per month for students from Class 11 to PG-level.

KCR's decision will bring relief to the 5,16,890 differently-abled beneficiaries in the state who were eagerly awaiting the increase in Aasara pensions. Minister Harish Rao said “This historic decision will benefit more than 5 lakh disabled pensioners,” and added “Our heartfelt gratitude to the Chief Minister and the measure stands as the testimony of the BRS government under the able leadership of the Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, whose approach is inclusive and progressive,”
